Erodium garamantum is annual, with well developed stems, often coloured red.
Leaves: Leaves tripartite; upper leaves 3-5 lobed; petioles and leaf margins often coloured red.
Inflorescence: Petals pale pink with red mark at base.
Fruit: Rostrum 25-40 mm; mericarps 6-7 mm; foveoles glandular; furrow wide. 2n=20.
Distribution: endemic to Morocco; Anti-Atlas.
Notes: close to E. malacoides.
